69 Piglets is an experimental instrumental poetry work, in which a 5-part original poem defines the sonic syntax through the text reading and its mapping to musical events. In fact, the poem’s letters are mapped to the German solfege where permissible, and spacing of the letters translates to rhythmic groupings. The poem follows some absurd adventures of 69 piglets as they fall from the sky. In the process, the players are further instructed to explore their daily favorite activities with and without sound.
